A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. We request that you do not bring children with you. Turn off cell phones, pagers, and blackberries. This is your time to relax and be in the moment.

Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. In order to ensure the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at the full fee.

We strive to render excellent customer service for all our clients, and in attempt to be consistent with this, we have established a cancellation policy that allows us to adequately meet your needs. When your appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside just for you and when it is missed that time cannot be used to provide service other clients.

Gratuities for the medical estheticians are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave all valuables at home.

We require at least 24 hour notice required for appts on Tues-Thursday and 48 hours notice for all appts on Fri and Sat.

We reserve the right: to charge a cancellation/reschedule fee of $25 for Facial services and $50 for Laser services if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled the day of your appointment. If client has a valid package available one treatment may be deducted in lieu of the $50 fee for laser services.

We reserve the right: to charge a $25 no show fee for all existing clients.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.

A credit card will remain on file via our encrypted system to ensure appointments respectfully.
